Injuries, fire or danger
If anyone is injured or in danger, call 112 first.
Emergency call, 24 h
Free from any phone, even without coverage from your own network. Answered in Spanish, German, English and French, and they send an ambulance, the fire brigade or the police.
112 is enough: they send whatever is needed. The other three are here in case you would rather call the police directly.
The insurance side can wait half an hour. Write to us once you are safe.
Breakdown or accident with the car
Put on your hi-vis vest before getting out, place the connected V-16 light on the roof and call Allianz roadside assistance, not just any tow company from the internet. Have your policy number, number plate and location ready.

An emergency at home
There is no separate number for the home: tell us and we organise it. A burst pipe, a lock that will not open, a pane broken in a storm — send us two lines and the photos on WhatsApp.
- Water: turn off the main stopcock, and if water reaches sockets, switch off the electricity.
- Broken glass: clear away only what is dangerous, and take photos first.
- Burglary: report it to the police and keep the receipt — we need it for the claim.
- Photograph everything before anything is repaired. That is what helps most afterwards.
Emergency home assistance is included in every version of the Allianz home policy. Who comes and when, we check in your policy.
Broken glass, car and home
Car windows and the glass at home have no phone number of their own. Write to us with a photo and your policy number or number plate: we report it to Allianz and tell you which garage or glazier to go to.
With a chip in the windscreen, do not wait. A small crack grows in the heat and on rough roads — and then it is no longer a repair, it is a new screen.
Never report a claim directly to the insurer. Come to us instead: we follow the file, keep an eye on the deadlines and call you when there is news.

Outside our opening hours
Roadside assistance and 112 work the same at night and at the weekend. For everything else: send us the WhatsApp when it happens, even at three in the morning. We read it when we open and get back to you. Claim deadlines are counted in days, not hours.

Common questions
Who do I call first?
If anyone is injured or in danger, 112. If the car will not move, roadside assistance. For everything else, us.
Nobody at 900 117 117 speaks my language.
Dial 919 048 294 for English or 919 048 295 for German. It is the same Allianz assistance, with staff who speak your language.
Can I report the claim to Allianz myself?
Better not. If the claim goes through us, we know what is missing, we follow the file and we call you when there is news. If you report it yourself, we find out late.
It is the middle of the night and water is running. What do I do?
Turn off the stopcock, take photos and write to us on WhatsApp. If you urgently need a plumber, tell us and we organise it as soon as we open.
Does 112 work from a foreign mobile?
Yes. 112 is the same across the European Union and works from any mobile, even with no credit and no coverage from your own network.
Is there a number for home emergencies?
Not a separate one for you. Emergency assistance is part of the home policy and we set it in motion. Write to us and we take care of it.
