We are the exclusive Allianz agency in San Eugenio Alto, Adeje. We work with Allianz only, and we look after you in eight languages: in the office, by phone and on WhatsApp.

Who we are
PROFIT CANARIAS S.L. is an exclusive agency of Allianz, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A., and has been here since 1998. Our office is on Avenida Austria in San Eugenio Alto, Adeje. From there we look after the south of Tenerife; on La Palma we work with a local collaborator.
Many of our clients live here without having been born here. That is why the work starts before the insurance: what the cadastral reference is for, which papers Allianz asks for, what the state Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros covers. Once that is clear, choosing the policy is the easy part.
We are a small office, and we intend to stay that way: the person who advises you today is the person who knows you when you call about a claim.
Exclusive agency: what that means
- We work with Allianz only. We do not place business with other companies.
- We know one range inside out, and that shows when you choose an option and when you make a claim.
- Our advice costs you nothing extra.

- After you sign we remain your office: policy changes, premiums, questions and claims.

We can help you in Spanish, Catalan, German, English, French, Serbian, Italian and Croatian.
In insurance the wording matters: an exclusion that is only half understood is paid for later. So we talk to you in your language – in the office, by phone or on WhatsApp – and go through what the policy says before you sign.
The policy documents are Allianz documents and are in Spanish. Anything you do not understand, we translate and explain.
When you have a claim
We report the claim to Allianz, follow the file and call you when there is news. If you are off the island, we handle it remotely: you send us the photos and the details, we do the rest.
If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 112 first. Everything else can wait until tomorrow.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a broker?
No. We are an exclusive Allianz agency: we advise on Allianz insurance and arrange it with you. If you are looking for a comparison of several companies, we are not the right office.
Does the advice cost anything?
Nothing extra. You pay the premium on your policy, not a euro more for coming in to see us or calling as often as you need.
How can I check that you are registered?
Insurance agents appear in the public register of the Spanish supervisory authority DGSFP. Our registration is C0109B38481289 and it is also shown in the legal notice.
I already have an Allianz policy. Can you look after me?
Send us the policy number and we will go through it with you.
Do I need an appointment?
Not necessary, but it helps. If you let us know in advance, we have your details ready and you do not have to wait.
Do you only look after Adeje?
No. Most policy matters are settled by phone, WhatsApp or email, whether you live in Arona, Guía de Isora or in the north. On La Palma our collaborator in Los Llanos de Aridane is there for you.
